Women's Fitness has been training more than a thousand women professionally offline for the past 9 years (since 2017) and online (since 2019) for 7 years. It works to fix fitness, lose weight, maintain weight and gain weight. Women's Fitness believes that every woman has an extraordinary power, confidence and the ability to change her life. We are creating a safe, scientific and supportive fitness platform for women, where fitness is not just a change in the body, but a journey to a balanced and sustainable lifestyle. Our goal is to start a journey where every woman can find the best version of herself in her own way, at her own pace. We believe that a healthy body, a strong mindset and the right direction. The combination of these three brings real change. So far, Thousands of women have learned how to rebuild their bodies, minds and lives through our programs. Our certified fitness coaches, clinical nutritionists, and motivational support team work together to help each member improve. We personally guide each woman so that they can achieve their goals safely and sustainably. Our vision is to build a strong and positive community of women. 1. Who is this online fitness program for?

This online group training program is for women only.

Beginner to Advanced—Participants of all levels can join here.

Suitable for:

  • Want to lose weight (Weight Loss / Fat Loss)
  • Want to gain weight (Weight Gain)
  • Want to increase muscle tone or fitness
  • Pregnant and postnatal mothers
  • After C-section or normal delivery
  • Diastasis recti problem
  • Overweight or brand new (Beginner)
  • Everyone’s body and problem are different—so the exercises are guided differently.

Yes, of course.
This program shows exercises for all levels—Level 01 (Beginner), Level 02 (Intermediate) and Level 03 (Advanced).
It is completely safe for those who are completely new and don’t know how to start.

Based on your problem and goals:

  • Fat loss exercise plan
  • Muscle building exercise plan
  • Weight gain exercise plan
  • Special exercises during pregnancy
  • Postnatal (normal/C-section) exercises
  • Diastasis recti recovery exercises
  • Modified exercises if you have an injury or pain (knees, back, ankles, etc.)

Yes. This is a completely safe and private female-only group.

Some important safety rules:

  • It is mandatory to keep the camera on Zoom during the class
  • If the camera is off for more than 2 minutes, you will be put on the waiting list
  • If there is a problem or emergency, you must unmute and inform us
  • If possible, exercise alone in the room
  • No boys or any male members above 5 years of age are allowed in the room
  • These rules are strictly maintained for everyone’s safety.

No. The classes are not recorded. However, a written exercise routine for the class is provided, which you can do at your own time.

In each class, the moderator Apu constantly monitors to ensure that:

  • The camera is on
  • No men are present

If the class is missed for any reason:

  • The written exercise routine for that day is provided
  • Since there are multiple classes on the same day, if you miss the morning class, you can join the next class
  • Payment Non-Refundable
  • Payment cannot be transferred to the next month
  • Once paid, money is not refundable under any circumstances

No. All exercises can be done at home (Home Workout).

Without the gym, modified exercises are shown as needed.
