Each member of our team has a different role. But the goal is the same. To help you become healthy, fit and consistent. Our team: Certified Female Fitness Coach, Clinical Nutritionist, Accountability Coach, and Moderator Support. Women's Fitness is all about women and our team is run by women.
Fitness Coach:
Conducts live exercise classes on Zoom based on each member's body type, age, fitness level and needs. Each class is guided, safe and motivating, so that everyone from beginners to experienced can improve at their own pace.
Clinical Nutritionist:
Creates a fully customized diet plan based on your physical condition, medical history, lifestyle and goals. It focuses not only on weight, but also on improving hormone balance, gut health, energy levels and overall health.
Accountability Coach:
Monitors your food, habits and progress every day and provides immediate feedback, motivation and guidelines. This keeps you regular and accountable, and small changes become long-lasting.
Female Community Support:
We have an active female-only community where everyone encourages each other, asks questions, shares experiences, and gets emotional support during difficult times. It's not just a group, it's a safe space where you can make yourself stronger.
