Many people think that working out is the hardest thing to do.

Not really!

A workout is an investment of only 40-60 minutes of your day.

What is really difficult is tracking your food and maintaining that habit regularly.

Many of us think that we did not get the expected results because:

✔Maybe we ate too much

✔Did not drink any detox drinks

✔Or the exercise was not done properly

But the real truth is that it is not your one-hour exercise, but the rest of the 23 hours of practice that determines the results.

So what to do?

To get results, it is not just one-hour exercise, but a balance in your entire lifestyle.

✅ Healthy and nutritious food, a small calorie deficit, and eliminating unnecessary calories.

✅ Do strength training.  Increase muscle, increase metabolism, and lose fat quickly.

✅ Do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).

It burns more calories and is good for the heart.

✅ Get enough sleep. If you don’t get 7-8 hours of good sleep every day, fat loss will be blocked.

✅ Drink enough water. Keep your body hydrated, digestion and fat loss, metabolism are good.

✅ Rest is very important.

Give your body time. There is no progress without recovery after a workout.
